Our team was called to troubleshoot a Doosan R1160F compressor that suddenly shut down and displayed Error Code 5 (Low Oil Pressure).
Using computer diagnostics, we traced the issue to a clogged oil filter, which caused unstable engine RPM and triggered the shutdown. After replacing the oil filter, the compressor returned to normal operation.
This case demonstrates the importance of preventive maintenance and timely inspections in avoiding costly downtime.
